:D Morning Ladies!  :D

Today should be a fairly easy day here...

  • lesson planning
  • make bed and wipe down bathroom
  • tidy first floor and vacuum up the dog hair
  • play with grand-baby --always fun!
  • cook a yummy dinner --homemade burgers and baked potatoes

Have a great day!

Today I'm focusing on 3 things.

-organize computer room closet

-organize hallway closet

-organize downstairs closet

Of course, there will be other things I have to get done today but these are my priorities.  Once they are done I'll be pretty much in maintenance/quick clean mode for a while!  But first I must pet sit and then make an elevator with my 4.5 year old!

one closet down!  2 more to go!  I'm not quite sure how I'm going to get through today.  My 7 month old will not let me put him down, which wouldn't be that big of a deal if our a/c was fix but its not!! Its 88 degrees out, who knows what it is inside and I'm drenched in sweat!  My 3.5 year old and 4.5 year old are both testing me every chance they get and I'm failing miserably.  I think I forgot how to constructively discipline them this summer

:grouphug:  your little ones are probably also cranky because of the heat. Don't be too hard on yourself!

Finally finished 2 blog posts.  Blogger being a pita today, but they are done, feel free to read them

Missing park day, babysitting girl being a pill and threw a huge fit at the thought of going, decided may as well stay home as she will be with us a shorter time then (if she went with us we would have had her an extra 1-2 hours).  Given the constant griping and complaining this week we are all looking forward to 330pm.

Off to get back to the real chores now that I sat on my computer all that time.

babysitting girl gone home.  I not only started but finished my newest article and submitted it.  Feeling good about that, deadline wasn't for over a month :)  Can't wait for the newest magazine to come out in the next week or so because my 2nd ever article was published in it.

Kitchen nearly done, I got sidetracked cleaning out under the sink and the cutlery drawer, so need to finish that up.  About to run to the store to pick up the forgotten items for cooking dinner then will get that going and start on the next room and after dinner the kids will do their school work

Baby is still sick, went to the dr. to check for ear infections etc. Dr. says his ears are clear (all my babies have been prone to ear infections so I'm glad to hear he's clear). So we just have to wait out the virus...

Got some laundry done, helped the older two with music practice and math, did Chinese as a family, made some phone calls. I'm headed to bed and hoping for more sleep tonight.
