KatieJ Posted September 29, 2011 Share Posted September 29, 2011 My DD makes a sandwich that uses cooked chicken breasts, bbq sauce, a spash of Italiain dressing........shredded cheese I think. Then you assemble on some kind of bread and put it in a panini press, George Foreman kind of grill. Very nummy. Or if you are tired of them, freeze for some future day when you need something quick. I made a green salad (lettuce, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers) and then I sliced the warm chicken over that and topped that with sauteed red onions, red peppers and mushrooms and then put ranch dressing on it.
