Guest Katia
Well, my dd that I have homeschooled since K is graduating this weekend. Tonight is her senior harp/recorder recital. This is big stuff, with both professors coming to play duets, etc. I'm having a friend cater the reception afterward. DD is wearing a formal. We are excited! Tomorrow we are having an open house/swim at the local pool, where we will award her her diploma. She wanted her "official" graduation from our school to be very casual, laid-back and with her friends. Sunday is the formal graduation ceremony with our co-op/support group. It will be very traditional. All the pomp and circumstance. DD is wearing a white formal. Oh! This is such an exciting culmination to our homeschooling experience with her. DD is off to Hillsdale in the fall with plans to major in Harp Performance and minor in French. Kat (smiling and patting self on back for a job well done) :001_smile:
