I had received a phone call from an Amazon HR rep. (Troy Winters). He listened to everything I had to say and promised to update me by the end of May. He called about two weeks ago (I've been out of town) and I just called him back today. Amazon has updated their hiring practices for homeschoolers. They consulted the military and college admissions offices to see what they require. As a baseline, Amazon now accepts parent-generated transcripts and/or a portfolio showing the required number of credits earned. This information is not posted on their website, but was sent out to all their staff offices. Now I can continue to purchase from Amazon!
