bry's-gal
I still adore MacGyver!! I was so excited when I found that Netflix has all of the old episodes! As a bonus, my kids now love watching them! Looking back, he is so cheesey but I still can't help adore him!

Cinder
We love MacGyver here, too. And the Cosby Show. Ones I still like--as in, would watch reruns of--but my kids don't care for: Major Dad (which you can see on Hulu), Magnum PI, Newhart, and Star Trek TNG. (I had to cheat and check my memory against this list.)
DawnM
The 80s is a time period I actually didn't watch TV and when I looked up 80s TV I realized I have only seen a handful of the shows at all. I did like Magnum P.I. some, but don't think I would be interested in it now. I started watching more TV in the 90s, especially after I got married and had kids. There is only so much you can do while breastfeeding! I think that is when I really started watching TV. Dawn

Greatest American Hero Highway to Heaven Square Pegs Dallas ETA: Adding BJ and the Bear; I also watched tons of Lost in Space reruns (not from the 80's, but I watched them in the 80's) It seems I was allowed to watch too much tv. Jean in Newcastle
My kids regularly watch The A Team, Knight Rider, The Rockford Files. They also like The Alfred Hitchcock Hour but that was from the 60's. Oops. I just googled and Rockford was from the 70's.

LibraryLover
The only 80s shows I can think of are Cosby and Cheers. I didn't love them. Cheers was fun because we lived in that area, but the accents were wrong, and Cheers didn't look like that-- except for the outside with the sstairs going down.
