We will get that in a few weeks, then State will come out and approve us for our permanent license. Theoretically, we could start taking foster placements in a few weeks (or whenever our license comes in the mail. They said 4 days to 3 weeks....it'll be longer.) Melissa in Australia Posted May 17, 2011 Share Posted May 17, 2011 congratulations, We got approval over a year ago, we haven't had a placement yet :-( We found out that the agency we are approved with is mostly Melbourne based, and not really in remote areas.
