Lovedtodeath
I would go to my obstetrician, even if I hadn't seen him/her for 10 years. I would call that office and be seen by someone as soon as possible. The ER... I am not so sure. I don't have good experiences with care there. In the mean time I would move as little as possible and drink plenty. I understand that if its twins or more, the chances of losing one and still having a healthy baby goes higher. I was a twin in that situation and it was just nice to see the possibility listed. :) Edited April 28, 2011 by Lovedtodeath
Sue G in PA
Praying for you and the little one. Congrats! And :iagree: with all the others...please be seen by somebody. It could be nothing, but when bleeding is coupled with back pain this early in a pregnancy...just please go get checked out. :grouphug:

Melissa in Australia
:grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug: I had bleeding at 12 weeks, and went on complete bed rest. he is now 7. I also had bleeding at 11 weeks with another pregnancy and miscarried. My sister had massive bleeding ( hemorrhaging) at 19 weeks, 21 weeks and 23 weeks. it was touch and go throughout the rest of the pregnancy, she had her baby at full turm last week. There was a huge blood clot behind the placenta ( bigger than two fists held together). Just telling you these stories to give you hope that it might all work out.
