love2read
How much do you pay for it and where do you buy it? Is this a good price http://www.amazon.com/Bobs-Red-Mill-26-Ounce-Packages/dp/B000EDG3UE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1298430819&sr=8-
Slartibartfast
No, that is a terrible price. That is over $6 a pound! I buy it from WF in the bulk section for $3-something. I am not sure exactly but I know it is under $
Miss Peregrine
I buy an almost 4 lb bag at Costco for around $8-9. It is Bob's Red Mill.
*lifeoftheparty*
I buy 16 oz. boxes from Trader Joes (the Trader Joes brand) for $3.99, which works out to .25 cents an ounce. That is cheaper than Amazon price. However, if you did subscribe and save, it would only be .29 cents an ounce, which is better.

Truscifi
I just ordered 4 lbs of Eden Organic red quinoa off Amazon for $10.67, but I just looked at it and now it is $39.80. :001_huh: I guess you should just watch for a better price. gaillardia
I love quinoa but quit buying it because I thought it was too expensive at the healthy food store, almost $4 per pound. It wasn't that long ago, okay, 10 years, that it was less than $1.50 lb.:001_huh: I can't imagine quinoa not being grown organic so I'm assuming these prices are all on organic quinoa.
SonshineLearner
depends on organic or not... I like grain organic...
milovany
If you live in the western USA, you might be able to order it from Azure Standard. It's a co-op that's delivered to your area every four weeks (you have to see if you have a local drop, or start one). With Azure you can get organic quinoa in bulk for between $2.30 and $3.30/pound. That's for a 25 lb and 5 lb bag, respectively.
