MomOfOneFunOne
I made snickerdoodles today. Amazing the things I have time for when my poor little one is sick! I made some cinnamon-sugar and rolled all the cookies in it. Yumm! Now I have lots of cinnamon-sugar left. Would you save it? Having saved it, would you use it again at a later date? You know, raw cookie dough and all . . . ?
KatieJ
You could save it and use it only on toast or something that would get baked or toasted before eating. Otherwise, no, I would throw it away.
DarcyB
Yep- just store it in an airtight container and it's great on buttered toast for a treat, or sprinkled on top of muffins before baking, etc. ETA: oh, wait, I just saw that you rolled the cookies into it. Hmm...probably because the part that touched the cinnamon sugar was the part that stuck to the cookie :)
melissel
I would find some way to bake it into something else today or tomorrow and keep it in the fridge in the meantime. Otherwise, nah, I'd just toss it. I eat raw cookie dough with no concerns, but only when it's freshly made.

Melissa in FL
Nope, I throw it away when I make snickerdoodles. It's not that much money in ingredients and I would rather throw it out than get someone sick. I have learned to put only some of the mixture in the plate to roll and add as needed so I don't waste too much. Melissa
Tammyla
No, I would toss it too.
Parrothead
Is it just cinnamon sugar? Sure. Save it in a gladware. Use it for cinnamon toast. No sense in throwing it away. It won't go bad.
The Girls' Mom
I put stuff like that in the freezer in a ziplock bag to use next time. (say you are making something that you are going to cook anyway)

Photo Ninja
Make some pull-apart bread and use up the rest of that cinnamon-sugar mixture.
