Okay, Would you eat this one?

I made snickerdoodles today. Amazing the things I have time for when my poor little one is sick!

 

I made some cinnamon-sugar and rolled all the cookies in it. Yumm! Now I have lots of cinnamon-sugar left.

 

Would you save it? Having saved it, would you use it again at a later date? You know, raw cookie dough and all . . . ?

Yep- just store it in an airtight container and it's great on buttered toast for a treat, or sprinkled on top of muffins before baking, etc.

 

ETA: oh, wait, I just saw that you rolled the cookies into it. Hmm...probably because the part that touched the cinnamon sugar was the part that stuck to the cookie :)
