It is the kind where you so feel the need for a cookie that you will actually consider baking a batch of them even though it is 11:30 at night and you know that's just completely unacceptable. It is the kind that makes you think that maybe if you take a matzoh and put butter on it and sprinkle it with sugar that will taste kind of cookie like. It is the kind that makes you think that maybe you should just eat a spoonful of sugar and be done with it. Very, very bad. I should probably just go to bed and forget the whole thing! Now all I need is for Pam to remind me that I could whip up a batch of her Evil No-Bake Demon Cookies in about five minutes. I'm glad she isn't reminding me of that. I am making warm milk instead.
