joni470
I almost always make chili on Halloween so that the kids will get a full belly before trick or treating. What do you cook? I am thinking about trying something different. -Savannah http://www.hammocktracks.com

MariannNOVA
We are going to wienie roast at the home of a co-op family --this 'socializing' thing is SO new to dh and me.

Crystal in VA
I make "Ghoul"ash. I tried it a few years ago and the kids loved and have begged for it every year since. I got the recipe from Martha Stewart.
DianeW88
We make mummies. http://familyfun.go.com/recipes/hot-dog-mummies-715031/ Yep, this is what we do every year. The kids love it. I also hollow out oranges, fill them with Jello, then when it's set up....cut little jack o'lantern faces in them with a paring knife. There are so many fun Halloween food ideas out there....I'd bet you'd get some great ones from googling.
NanceXToo
I saw the cutest idea- I think it was in Family Fun magazine... ...make a meatloaf and try to shape it like a mummy with crossed arms... and then when it comes out, wrap it in strips of American Cheese :D

Mejane
We make mummies. http://familyfun.go.com/recipes/hot-dog-mummies-715031/ Too cute! I usually make mac and cheese. These will be good with it. :)
AmeliaBinMO
For those doing pizza on Halloween night (especially Jean in Newcastle who's doing Papa Murphy's) see the Papa Murphy's jack-o-lantern pizza? It looks really cute! http://www.papamurphys.com/#storeLocator We are doing chili for dinner, but I may have to do the jack-o-lantern pizza for lunch. Since we'll of course be having a lot of candy in the evening, it sounds like the whole day is going to blow any plans for eating healthy!
