I am a longtime boardie- but mostly a lurker. I have the honor to coach a young man who is up for Player of the Week in our area. I am the first female Boys Varsity Assistant Basketball coach in the history of the school (and the only one in my area)-and I am in charge of working with the posts. This young man is one of "mine". He is a great ball player- but more importantly he is an outstanding young man. Everyone is a friend to him and he exhibits outstanding sportsmanship and leadership on and off the court. I never had the option of meds- but I did PT and ended up with the surgery. I have no regrets. I am able to run, jump, cough, sneeze, and chase down a run-away dog without even a tinkleðŸ˜. I did not experience much pain after surgery and the recovery process was not difficult. Hope you get relief soon!

I am so sorry. We lost our St. Bernard last year 2 days before Christmas. We miss the old girl. Hugs...

The only other "iffy scene is "Does your mother know" where the young man pursues the older woman. I would take a 9 yo. I saw it on broadway and loved itðŸ˜.

It does sound like a concussion to me. You probably already know this, but she should rest her brain. No school, activities, even TV can be too stimulating. She will probably need to continue resting until all symptoms have disappeared, then she can gradually resume activities.

Gap, Eddie Bauer, jjill, Long Tall Sally, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, old Navy, Buckle...I am sure there are more. I am 6'2 and I have shopped at most of these stores. Congratulations on your weight loss!

My boys play football and rugby. I coach boys 7/8th grade tackle rugby. There is a risk of concussion in every sport. I fell and hit my head when I was a child and got a concussion. We have a very rigid protocol for returning to play, and I am comfortable with that. I also think Impact testing to get a baseline is a great idea- so if a concussion does occur, doctors can measure the damage.

We have a flooring business, and we have bailed out people on more than one occassion that had problems with them. They also are very expensive. I am willing to bet you will be able to get your floors done at a much better price by calling one of the smaller flooring companies. My dh may have a recommendation for you depending on your location...pm me if interested. He has worked all over the country in the flooring industry so he may have a contact for you. Best wishes!
