TravelingChris
I wonder if ours has this. Our schools just let out on June 24th.
Ellen_TX
I wonder if ours has this. Our schools just let out on June 24th. So did ours, but they had the supplies out yesterday. Poor kiddos didn't get a good break and now their parents are counting down the days to send them back.
amydavis
Cool! I love this time of year when all the school supplies come out! I'm going to have to stop by today and check it out! Thanks for the info!
Dmmetler
Dollar tree has a bunch, too. And Costco is stocked on the complete-curriculum type workbooks. Schools here were out in Mid-May and go back in early August, so back to school starts big-time right after July 4th. We're going on vacation the first 2 weeks of August, and my DD will miss her dance school registration and first week of classes, which normally follow the school schedule pretty tightly. stripe
I was in a dollar store recently and was agog at all the supplies. Made me think their major market must be teachers.
Ellen_TX
My mom has been a teacher for 30 plus years and always buys most of her supplies. I think it "back to school" shopping is in my DNA. BlessedMom
Great to know! Thanks for taking the time to share your great find in such detail.
littlebug42
Just as an FYI- I got several of the lesson plan books at Target last week. They fit my purposes well except they do not hold a full 36 week school schedule. Each one only has room for 26 weeks. Fortunately, I bought 4 and I am now using all of them but it only cost me $4.00 which is much less than it would have cost at the teacher supply store. Tap
I wonder if ours has this. Our schools just let out on June 24th. Us too, but there aren't any other holidays for them to get ready for between July 4th and school supply shopping, so they ramp up the back to school now. i.love.lucy
Great. Now I have to go to Target and I'm certain I won't get out of there for less than $50.:glare: :D
KJsMom
See, it's times like this when I wish I didn't live in such a rural area! The closest Target and Dollar Tree are an hour away. You guys are giving me supply envy.
