BamaTanya
How necessary is refrigeration for honey mustard sauce? How about Coffee Mate creamer? I left that out all morning on the cabinet. I don't know where my head is. :willy_nilly:
Mrs Mungo
I would think honey mustard sauce would probably be fine. I don't know about the creamer-does it have dairy?
calandalsmom
Im sure the nondairy creamer is fine too.
Parrothead
I'd think they are both fine as long as neither has dairy.
BamaTanya
Coffee Mate has sodium caseinate -- whatever that is.
Laughing Lionette
The coffee creamer should be fine. You can tell it's bad when big clumps pour out along with the, ehem, "cream..." Which at this point is no longer cream but seemingly related more to sour-cottage-cheese  GAG GAG GAG!!! Not a clue about the honey mustard...
JudoMom
I'd go with fine on both of those.
Mergath
I've seen restaurants leave both out on the tables all day long, so I'm sure they're both fine.

Bill I don't know how much it is a threat to my health or to my taste buds. :tongue_smilie: (To the OP, sorry, for the hijack. ereks mom
...used it anyway because I refused to throw away a whole, just-opened bottle. We had no adverse effects. As for the honey mustard, it's probably just fine. My MIL & SIL never refrigerate things like honey mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc. and while I don't find them particularly appetizing, they aren't spoiled. BamaTanya
The Coffee-mate is a threat to your health whether refrigerated or not. Bill I really shouldn't buy anything with ingredient names I can't pronounce, should I? I'm moving s-l-o-w-l-y in a healthy direction . . . ;)

stripe
My MIL & SIL never refrigerate things like honey mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, etc. and while I don't find them particularly appetizing, they aren't spoiled. I saw something in Cooks Illustrated where they compared ketchup that was refrigerated or not. I think eventually (or sooner?) the unrefrigerated ketchup started to taste, shall we say, "not so fresh," but it didn't spoil. My grandma used to keep her margarine in the cupboard with the cups, and I always thought that was sort of exciting!
