meet me in paris
:grouphug: I was looking at Oak Meadow--I might use it for the following year. I think dd would adore it. I'm just not sure if I'm crafty enough to pull it off properly, lol! I wish I had started it sooner! Make sure you look at the Amazon.com shop Oak Meadow Seconds... direct from OM and very low prices. :)
Jean in Wisc
I saw this post and it occurred to me that I don't think I need to order anything for next year. Yes, I'm sure I'll add some book or something between now and then, but when my older kids went through high school, I purchased the workbooks and such that I'd need for all 3 kids. My older 2 are in college, and my youngest is a sophomore. I honestly can't think of anything that I will need at this point. Amazing! Dmmetler
I've ordered mine, at least the instructor's guides, mostly because I want time to go through it in depth before starting and figure out what we're doing. I suspect it's mostly "first year syndrome" ;).

Mom-ninja.
We school year round and I buy as I need to. That helps spread the cost as well as I don't have to purchase big chunks. The next thing coming up that I need to buy is WWE 3. I just bought Allographs spelling and dictionary and it should be here tomorrow. Curriculum I'd still like to buy: REWARDS MCT Handwriting workbooks
JESSICAinMD
Peer pressure got me again. I just ordered WWE 1 & 2 student pages, SOTW 2 (the older version is only 5.99 at Peace Hill Press) and AG, and Sequential Spelling. I made a wishlist for all the stuff I still need. jenL
Thanks to a few wonderful ladies on here, I've been able to purchase some of my supplies used which is how I prefer to do it. So far, I've bought: * SOTW vol 2 and cd's - just need the AG * Song School Latin * R.E.A.L Science Odyssey Earth & Space, including some supplemental books I already have Singapore 2A & 2B incl. texts, workbooks, IP and CWP books, WWE 2, and FLL. Today I placed a big order with AAS to hopefully cover next year. It's a good thing the program works as it's expensive! :tongue_smilie: I still need to order the Queens Cursive Primers and our art program. Wow... I guess I'm almost done! Yay!!!! Jenileigh
I ordered from MFW ECC Deluxe with the 7th/8th grade supplement (I want to read these myself), Ancient History and Literature and the Physical Science kit. The drawing Kit from The Gluck Method. I've been looking at this for over a year. I really hope it's as good as it looks. Apologia Zoology 2 and 3 (I have #1 out on loan) along with the journal notebooks for each one. Wordly Wise 3 and 8. Science kits from Home Science Tools for each science. I was able to find Saxon 8/7 with the Teacher cds used. In April I'll order Meadow TT 3 and I'll be finished for the a long time.

coffeefreak
Yes, but that's because we're switching to MFW EX1850 and a lot of the books overlap :) I'm trolling for used books as we speak, however, I'm considering just buying the whole shebang (1850MOD) at convention in April.
