  1. We use Notgrass for government and read Thomas Sewell's Basic Economics along with Abeka economics.
  2. Thank you all. Sounds like it wont be overwhelming after all.
  3. I have seen a few post over the last few days about the amount of problems/pages with CLE. I am planning on using this with my 1st grader this year. Do any of you who feel there are too many pages/probems trim the lessons but skipping some things?
  4. Chalkdust Algebra I Apologia Physical Science TOG Year II ( might be doing my own thing if I get up enough nerve) CLE English 9 IEW Medieval Writing Lessons WTTW & TTC Henle I SOS Spanish I Intro to Logic VFTCR A SWR-review
  5. I got the same ones. They came shrink wrapped in a cardboard holder. I paid @$30.
  6. I wouldn't drive to sell something. If she wants it bad enough she will come get it. If not someone else will.
  7. I prefer oven mostly because that is what I have always done and because I make 4-6 loaves at a time.
  8. This would be the most helpful for me too! I need to actually see what is considered good or poor writing.
  9. You could do Henle with everyone. The 5th grader might need some more time/review but I am hoping it's doable because that's my plan this year too! :D Except with ages 15, 13 and 11.
  10. Do you think he could do a CC math class? What about CD Alg II as a review for the pre-cal ?
  11. :iagree: my 6 year old does 1 to 1.5 hours of school per day.
  12. I can't remember why! LOL. I was all set to use it and then went back to TOG.
  13. These look great! But I need middle ages and I don't see one for that time period?
  14. and others stay? The thread on universal health care being moral stays but showing the truth of what we will lose by choosing the same plan goes?
