    I have seen a few post over the last few days about the amount of problems/pages with CLE. I am planning on using this with my 1st grader this year. Do any of you who feel there are too many pages/probems trim the lessons but skipping some things?

    I got the same ones. They came shrink wrapped in a cardboard holder. I paid @$30.

    I prefer oven mostly because that is what I have always done and because I make 4-6 loaves at a time.

    You could do Henle with everyone. The 5th grader might need some more time/review but I am hoping it's doable because that's my plan this year too! :D Except with ages 15, 13 and 11.
