staying offline during the day is hard for me and is making me think about how often I judge myself against people's lives online. definately a good chioce for lent!

I keep thinking it's Monday today, whoops!

Doing lots of thinking today. And also laundry. It appears showering and folding clothes makes me introspective.

aaaaaaaaaaaand the barf fairy came last night for husband and one child. I forsee a funfilled weekend of lysol and bleach and laundry, oh my!

I am out of coffee. This is unacceptable. Also, this whiny post is going to end up above KareninCO's very uplifting poetic post, isn't it.

Going to sort though kids' toys today. A handful of kids + lots of grandparents and single aunts and uncles = enough toys for a daycare!

The fun pancake mix I bought for our big Sunday breakfast requires an insane amount of butter! I think I should have read that instead of being lured by the yummy pic on the box. Ah well. Onward!

I tried to type non-denom-christian and my spell correct wanted to make it non-demon-christian. Are there a lot of demon-chrstians out there?

I want a gigantic fattening coffee drink from Starbucks or Caribou. Venti with whipped cream. MMMM. I'm glad I live about 20 miles from either one though because my backside and waistline do not need one right now!

I am saving up to buy a musuem pass and I don't know if I should go with a natural science museum or the kid museum. I have not been in either in ages, but it costs more to pay for my whole family than it does to buy a pass!

I ate too much pizza. Now I feel like a blimp. It was soooo good though!

Flu is going crazy in our area. We had it over the holidays. Not much fun for us! Now therapy for my son is canceled due to flu too.

Must. Get. Laundry. done. Also, I think we mumified the apple incorrectly. Thankfully we didn't attempt a chicken yet!

Sometimes I do a google image search for cute infants and just coo over the babies. I think I have baby fever.

I am getting bored with my traditional bakesale contributions. I really need to change it up from brownies, cupcakes, and chocolate chip cookies.

I should probably change my avatar to a windmill. This is the one I picked when I started a journal to record health and weightloss. Of couse, I've spent lots of time customizing the journal and not much time on the actual weight loss.

Aldi has surprisingly good chocolate! I will need to investigate further ;)

This board is so kind. I will keep this in mind when I do my summer purge so I can share things next holiday season.

Ack! All these cyberdeals and no $$$ to spend on them!

We will be making candles today when the kids are home from school. I am so excited! They are doing the tradtional white-washed pilgrims-Indian so-happy-together thing at their school and we're digging deeper into things at home.
