  1. I have one, it’s more tacky than truly ugly. It’s very festive and colorful. I got it for pretty cheap on Amazon. I bought it a few years ago for a group I joined that did an ugly Christmas sweater lunch. Peer pressure made me buy it. Ha! Had to fit in. But I’ve worn it a few times every season since. It’s fun, makes people smile.
  2. I hope she’s ok! I get so scared something will happen to my dog at night. Our closest after hours vets are almost 2 hours away. I’m glad you can get your doggy checked out.
  3. I think 20 minutes or so. I think it’s more about the time rather than the distance. I think it should be similarly as convenient to walk as it would be to drive and park or find alternate transportation.

  5. Maybe the quantity, although I did this in august without this problem. I’ve always eaten a lot of beans and nuts and seeds, and salads. I thought it was possibly the sugar in the fruit, because that was definitely a change for me. But giving that up hasn’t solved the issues either.
  6. I've had some strange stomach issues all month really, some days worse than others. I don't know what is happening or what I should be eating, but lately it's been low fiber carbs. Yesterday I did have two small bowls of veggie soup and some mixed veggies at dinner. The day before I had carrots and peppers.
  7. Alerts here as well. For every transaction. We charge everything and have had several fraud attempts in the last couple years. Then I do look online before I pay the bill just to double check. Also, refunds don’t come through as text alerts, so I do verify those online to make sure my returns were posted.
  8. I feel like my mom had those bowls. They look familiar. It’s really cute!
  9. Those puzzles are beautiful! We have a book store locally that sells tons of used puzzles for pretty cheap, and our library also loans them out. We’ll see how that goes! I think we also have fluxx around here somewhere too. So I can get that out to try.

  11. My stomach has just been off a bit, and craving easy carbs I guess. I’m trying to do better. T- 50 g strawberries 50g pineapple, 50 g brussel sprouts 50 g black beans It’s crazy how little of them I eat if I’m not focusing on it.
  12. I hope you can find a solution. Sleep is so important. I’ve made a lot of changes to my routine in the last couple years trying to get and protect a good night’s sleep. Luckily DH is on board. It’s my 80 pound Lab that likes to snuggle and touch now:)
  13. I’m looking for 2 or 3 person adult aged games to play with DH and/or DS21. I’m looking for ones that are funny, make us laugh, not too serious in the strategy part. Any suggestions?

  15. I haven’t been meeting the goal, but Saturday I had a big salad for dinner with all the veggies and garbanzos. today I had about 100 grams of strawberries and 100 grams of pineapple. Making soup, but that’s provably only 50 grams total of carrots, celery, and onions per bowl.
  16. Yesterday I went easy to see where my stomach was. b- 100g banana d- 50 g salad, 25 g kidney beans
  17. Thursday- B- 150 mixed berries L- 100 banana I skipped dinner again. This is twice since I started this challenge this month that my stomach is just off. I’m not sure if it’s the food or something else. I am adding a lot of fruit, but, who knows? 🤷‍♀️
  18. B- 200 mixed fruit L- 400 potatoes? I didn’t weigh but it was a lot compared to the bag. 100 apple D- 100 clementines and maybe 25 of mixed veggies on my pizza so? It was close today. Too much estimating to know for sure.
  19. It really is too easy to overthink all these things. Everything has its pros and cons. I’m sure his mom will be overjoyed to meet your daughter and will appreciate the thought behind whatever she brings.
  20. @Bootsie- how are you eating the pumpkin and cranberry? Those are two plant products I never eat that sound yummy!
  21. B- 200 g leftovers curry with greens, chickpeas, cauliflower rice, 100g apple L- 400 g black beans, pinto beans, peppers, onions, corn, salsa, romaine D- rest of lunch, 100 g mandarins, 100 g strawberries
  22. I like flowers. Maybe an amaryllis. I just found out about these waxed versions that need no water or anything to bloom.
  23. DH and I have split king adjustable beds. They are the BEST! We each got to pick the firmness. I sleep slightly tilted, he sleeps flat. We each have our own set of blankets. It’s great! I also like my feet less covered than my shoulders, so I have twin blankets(no sheets for me) and then an extra throw that I put around my neck. Sleep is too important to my mood and health to mess with. We get plenty of time to cuddle before bed and in the mornings😀 I will say it doesn’t make a pretty bed if that’s important to you.
