    Do you have internet, I would do K12. Not many books, especially when they reach high school.

    If you are not a big makeup wearer. Tinted moisturizer w/spf , that kills 3 birds w/one stone. Creme blush A light all over eyeshadow than a shade darker for the lid to the crease, if you want to accentuate perhaps a brown waterproof eyeshadow and a good waterproof mascara. Nude llipgloss or a light color, nothing crazy. PErsonally I love Dior makeup.

    Paint colors are very important. B/c who is going to repaint, owner or buyer. We just painted the last two homes we have lived in and dont want to do again, so the next one we are buying have to love the colors, so I can just clean and move. So, I would say yes neutralize.

    Items were arriving late to seller, and called USPS and it takes like two months to rectify w/insurance and tracking. I am thinking w/large items go UPS, they have better tracking, but will have to add the cost to purchase.
