  1. :iagree: I just went through this. I believe you have 45 days to file a claim with Paypal. I think I ended up doing that on day 40 or so. I received my items not long after that. I hope everything works out for you.
  2. You could also ask your library if they do this. One of ours does for a small charge.
  3. I would definitely call. Annoying is one thing, but I would not deal with an aggressive dog roaming around.
  4. She's beautiful. Congratulations on her graduation. BTW, I love Portrait Innovations.
  5. Moving Beyond the Page advertises as a gifted and creative curriculum.
  6. We have both, and I really prefer the whiteboard. It's easier to clean and, for me, seems easier to read.
  7. I can't read The Rag Coat without crying through most of it. Every.single.time.
  8. :grouphug: That's heartbreaking. I'm so sorry for your loss. :grouphug:
  9. No, not driver's license. You have to pay the property taxes on your vehicle to the county in order to register the vehicle. Paid Vehicle Property Tax Receipt Before you can register your vehicle in South Carolina, you must first pay the vehicle property taxes that are required in the county in which you reside.
  10. Here's the link for the SC DMV. From reading through it, it's possible that you might have to pay taxes on your vehicle. Hopefully not though. I hope your move goes smoothly for you. Congrats on the new job! :D
  11. I test drove a 2002 Sienna last week and fell in love. It's funny because a few months ago, I test drove another Sienna (I think a 2000 model) and hated it. This one was fabulous though. Unfortunately, the mileage was waaaay higher than my husband and I wanted. We're going to look at an '02 Odyssey tomorrow.
  12. I love the FIAR Nature Studies. I can't wait to start the Spring one. My children really enjoy them too. :D
  13. I have not, but I would be willing to live in another country. In fact, it's a secret (well, not now ) dream of mine that my husband will be transferred to the country his company is based out of. It would be temporary, but I would love to do it.
  14. I belong to a secular homeschool support group. We don't have scheduled meeting monthly, but we do have weekly park dates, different clubs for the children, a mom's book club and mom's night out every few months.
  15. My 8yo likes the tank tops with the built-in shelf bras. In fact, we just picked some more up today. On sale at Target for $4.
  16. :iagree:We have had a similar experience with my 8yo daughter. We've only had the alarm for about a month, but things have improved significantly. In fact, for about the last week, dd has chosen not to wear the alarm and she's only wet the bed twice maybe. I'll admit to being completely frustrated with it for the first week (she didn't hear it and still wet the bed) though.
  17. I'm trying to decide the same. I'm leaning towards the chronological, but the other is appealing too. I really need to make a decision soon. :)
  18. I am. I've actually been doing WW since July. I lost 25lbs, but have gained about 8 back. Bah. I'm in such a slump. Hoping to get back on track next week.
  19. 4 chicken breasts, cook and shred bag of broccoli 2 cans of a cream of soup (I usually use mushroom and chicken) 1/2 c mayo 2T lemon juice stick of butter cup of bread crumbs 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar Combine shredded chicken and broccoli in 9x13 pan. Mix next 3 ingredients and pour over chick/broc. Melt butter and combine with bread crumbs and cheese. Sprinkle over dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. I'm in no way claiming it's healthy though. :)
  20. I love that book, and I absolutely cannot read it without crying. Sobbing even.
