Wow! What good information on the easy weight loss thread. Thank you very much. One note re. the Vitamin D - I am severely deficient (was tested almost 2 months ago). I am taking 5000 IU of vitamin D. I get tested again next week to see if it is working. (I'm going to post this on the thread too but I did want to thank you "personally").
