I would find this extremely daunting. :grouphug:
My mom went back to work after maybe 15 years and it was her first job in the U.S. so for all practical purposes she had no work history. She took classes at the local CC, got her childcare certification, and started with that. It's not what she wanted to do, but after a few years she had moved into her field.
One of the happy coincidences in my life was that I learned a skill I can use in my own business, before I ever realized I would stay at home with kids. My plan is to re-start that business when the kids are grown up. I would find it much scarier to find someone to hire me.
