Yes, we are self-employed and uninsured as well. We prefer to eat and live under a roof, therefore we can't afford insurance right now. Not sure I want to try again with some of those numbers being tossed around.

I hated being pregnant too. I am quite happy with one, although that sounds weird to say around here. I'd have four dogs before I had any desire for four kids. :)

Anyway, on the subject of blogs, I chose blogspot because it was easier to upload photos and add gadgets. I had homeschool blogger before but didn't like the set up. I didn't know about the other, Xanga and wordpress at the time. Blogger is very simple, I'm not very techno savvy, but feel like I can navigate around there easily.

Is this distracting too? Wait I'm supposed to be writing aren't I?

Let's get together and rescue each other from retail h*ll. We'll get together and go have Starbucks, visit IKEA and go to 50 stores in a row, just because we can. We don't even have to buy anything, but at least we'll know its there.

Not hiding, running interference with my family and our technology.

Thanks for posting about your jeans issue. I just went shopping yesterday and it's so frustrating. I came home feeling like I'm going to be stuck wearing the same sweats and knit pants forever. I have short legs, but I'm not petite either. It's nice to know that their are others having the same issue.

P.S. I keep looking for Oreo Cereal, I have not forgotten. They haven't had it lately, but I still look when I go. If I find it I'll let you know.
