I'm going to try to tackle Saturday but I already feel a bout of "sit on my rear end itis" coming on. -coffee -double header baseball tournament for DS16 (doing a rain dance so it is cancelled #badmom) -try to get some Whole30 batch freezer cooking done today (goal: two breakfast dishes, beef marinating for shish kabobs, chicken tenderloins marinated, one soup to freeze for lunches) -make Italian dressing and ranch dressing mixes -decorate the tree and the house -laundry (goal: 3 loads) DONE: 0 -straighten up the house -read and relax -dinner (roast pork with sweet potato and apple) Edited December 9, 2017 by Pink and Green Mom 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Already done: •fed cats, dogs, horses, and birds •cleaned 3 litterboxes •did a load of laundry •did the first round of barn chores by myself so kids could sleep in •making breakfast for dh now To do: •more laundry (2 loads towels) •put up Christmas lights and wreaths outside •do a little more decorating inside •see if I need to get more wrapping paper •finish up last little bit of Christmas shopping •give horses deworming paste •clean hay steamer •tidy and declutter main floor •dinner: butternut stew 4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So, I'm skipping a party I was supposed to go to with my SS class. We had 22 teens at our social event last night! They really had a lot of fun. Kids to TKD belt test - passed. Now they are "red belts," 2 steps away from Cho Dan Bo. Cleaned out the car, mostly. Some "work" work. Need a big report to go out today. (Another revision of this never-ending report.) We have an early dinner out planned. Kids have homework to do. Pay some bills and other personal stuff. Very fun, but I am wiped out. I've talked to one brother, my other brother's wife and have texted with one of my sisters. I think that I just can't swing going to the funeral across the country by Wednesday. I did get a load of laundry going.
