scrapbookbuzz
Calling all herbalists! When you just want to say to someone, "Seriously??" followed by a face palm (not family-centric), what's your go-to herb (not cannabis, please) for calming the last nerve?

KungFuPanda
Valerian root. But it makes me sleepy. I give this to my dog :-)
Heather in OK
Rescue Remedy!!!!!Valerian is good for calming a brain that won't be quiet, especially when trying to fall asleep.Scullcap and passion flower are good ones for calming and anxiety. They also help promote sleep so you may experience drowsiness. I really love WishGarden Herbs. They have a tincture called Serious Relaxer that's a good one! A couple others they make that might help are Emotional Ally, Deep Stress But Vodka is super awesome too! Edited July 28, 2017 by Heather in OK

scrapbookbuzz
Thanks, all! I eventually just realized that the issue was really HER problem, not mine. However, I did also get my husband to take me out for Texas cheese fries and an appletini last night, after the event! ;-) And today I treated myself to a Pomegranate Mojito iced tea (pomegranate, mint, lime, and green tea). Yumm!
