Red Dove
I’m looking for ideas for fairy tale themed gifts. I noticed my daughter (14) gravitates towards anything fairy tale. Examples of material items I have seen her admire: a glass slipper Knick knack, a quilt with a woman’s face that looked magical, birthday cards that had a magical look to them (fairy lights in the woods)… Any ideas on gifts I can get her? Links to really great ideas would be welcome, too.
Rosie_0801
These notebooks might be too Australian for you? (Not the chook one.) There are jigsaw puzzles on every theme these days. An ornate mirror?
Katy
Leather bound copies of fairy tale books, a leather bound journal, maybe some of these: https://www.buzzfeed.com/chelseypippin/once-upon-a-time

ScoutTN
Books! At that age, my Dd loved Briar Rose and Jack, Sweep, A Kingdom Far and Clear, and other retellings. Edited October 30, 2023 by ScoutTN
Faith-manor
If you happen to get to Dollar General, right now all their fairy garden decorations are on clearance sale. You could run to the nursery or florist shop, buy here a lovely foresty looking house plant, and beautiful oversized pot, and then some fairy decorations to place in the pot.
Spryte
Has she read the Land of Stories book series? Those are fairy tale based. I would be tempted to browse Etsy for fairy tale art or something she might like for her room. Not exactly all fairy tales, but close: We have a beautiful book of original Hans Christian Anderson stories from the 1800s. It’s fragile now, but at about her age I read it and reread it. Maybe a nice book like that. Books A Million has a big selection of Alice in Wonderland items. One of our kids has a lapdesk and some decorative items that were big hits.
Harriet Vane
Definitely novels by Robin McKinley. She's a master at creating gorgeous, believable fiction based on fairy tales. I love the book Beauty based on the tale of Beauty and the Beast as well as Spindle's End based on Sleeping Beauty. She also has one based on the legend of Robin Hood. Others (The Hero and the Crown, The Blue Sword, etc.) are not related to a specific fairy tale but they sure do feel like it.
Junie
Books by Shannon Hale and/or Gail Carson Levine Soundtracks from favorite fairytale musicals: Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, etc. Coffee mugs/teacups/water bottles with fairytale themes. One of my daughters has this one! Phone case. This one has a fairytale castle.
