Walked just short of 2.5 miles this morning before I had to scoot back home to feed the dog and shower before heading to PT. 

Had a different in therapist this morning, who worked me with different exercises. Let's just say, "ouch."

I have my first appointment with the orthopedist about my knees later today, so we will see what comes out of that. Assuming I am not forbidden from doing so, however, my intention is to walk at least another 2.5 miles in order to keep up with my current challenge. As long as I average at least 5 miles per day for the next three weeks, I should complete both current challenges on time.

Definitely better! I'm sorry for your stress and that your eldest is struggling--that is so very hard.

I did 30 minutes on my exercise bike, then pilates for strengthening.
