Murphy101
Can anyone make a recommendation please? Youtube or website would be great. But it needs to be a for dummies type beginner level. I tried that one that Vanny recommended and was super annoyed by it. When I signed up for the free trial all I actually got were a selection of a few demo samplers. Didn’t like it at all. Laura Corin
Yoga with Adriene. Just search for her beginners videos on YouTube. She also has foundations videos that concentrate on getting particular poses right. Whatever your age, her yoga for seniors might also be a good starting point. https://youtu.be/kFhG-ZzLNN4 4
gardenmom5
for free - yoga with Adrienne on youtube. my favorite beginner yoga for the out of shape dvd is yoga conditioning for weight loss with Suzanne deason. MOST "beginner" yoga practices, are for people who are physically fit. Edited March 6, 2020 by gardenmom5
KungFuPanda
Amazon video has yoga if you have amazon prime. I’ve done the back and neck one a few times but there were lots of choices.
Emba
I have a Rodney Yee Beginner yoga video that I really like. Slow pace, good explanations, plenty of adjustments you can make if you can’t do exactly what he is. but I also like the Yoga with Adrienne videos on YouTube.
Lady Florida.
I like both Rodney Yee and Yoga with Adriene. I had some of Rodney Yee's dvd's from Gaiam but haven't used my dvd player in ages and I'm not sure where all of my exercise dvd's are anyway. The two I liked the most are A.M. Yoga and Yoga for Back Care. I haven't seen the exact ones on YouTube but he has similar ones for free.
