Granny_Weatherwax
I'm quite happy that self-forgiveness is on my list of things to do because every other day I am late or absent from making these posts. :) Day 14 - Traits I admire in others
Guest
Traits I admire in others: Calmness under stress or when facing someone’s ire. Those who can simply walk away from an offense or argument. People who diligently carry out their plans until they succeed. People who bravely accept obstacles or who go boldly into a situation they know will be unpleasant.
Momto6inIN
Not complaining and being able to keep their mouth shut when opening it would make things worse I so wish I had those skills 🙄
PrincessMommy
People who are gracious and easily admit when they messed up. People who are not easily offended (I think my skin is a little too thin.) People who are infinitely patient with difficult family members (my SIL is the essence of gracious patience with my step-MIL)
PrincessMommy
I thought of another one... People who are goal oriented. I just don't think that way and life just happens (or not). I see the benefits of setting goals, but I just don't think that way.
wintermom
I used to wish I could "kiss the Blarney Stone" and receive the gift of being well spoken. I admire this in others. Especially when they have the insight to say was is needed to be said, when it's needed. I also admire those how have the wisdom to do the right and kind thing. Talking the talk needs to be accompanied with walking the walk. Edited December 15, 2019 by wintermom
sassenach
The ability to talk with/connect with anyone. I’d love to be more comfortable with strangers.
