But the other day a friend gave me a 1 lb. pkg. of ground venison and a 1 lb. pkg. of ground beef. I combined them and made sloppy joes--because someone had sent me some sloppy joe mix packages (which I never buy). Debbi in Texas Posted October 28, 2017 Share Posted October 28, 2017 I tenderize the steaks with a meat tenderizer, put them in a mixture of one egg, a little milk, tony cachery's seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. I pan fry them after coating them with flour and the three same seasonings.Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy or anything you prefer.
