Jan in SC Posted January 10, 2017 Share Posted January 10, 2017 There are lotions for it, like AmiLac. I wouldn't put it near my eye without a dermatologist approving it. (Honestly, I didn't know it appeared in that location.) Also, I had an allergic reaction to that lotion, so if anyone uses it, try a little for a few days. Ugh! I think that's a pretty unusual place for KP, and I wouldn't want to put the usual things on it. I've had success on my upper arms with regular use of a sugar scrub and a strong AHA/urea lotion. Amlactin used to be about the only one, but there's quite a few ones at the drug store now (Curel, Eucerin, Gold Bond, etc). I wouldn't advise scrubbing near the eyes either.
