It sounds like it may not be a tumor after all, but Crohn's disease. I know little to nothing about it, but from my general web search this afternoon it doesn't sound as bad as cancer. I hope that this is the accurate diagnosis; it would be awful to go through all these symptoms and not know exactly what is going on!
