You could get a salt grinder, or use it in cooking.  The coarse grind won't matter if you are cooking in liquid.

 

Or get a coffee grinder (cheap one for under $15) and only use it for herbs and salt. It can be ground up and used as you would any other salt and CONGRATS on your choice of salt! This salt should be far superior to what is commonly called table salt in this country. Another good option is "Real Salt" (comes in ground dispenser or baggies) or "Celtic Sea Salt."

I held a blind taste test at our house a few years ago, the usual Morton-style table salt v. kosher salt.  Every one of us, hands down, chose the kosher, and we've never gone back.  I know it may seem silly to those who are salt afficiondos, but it was a big deal for us!  Everyone's got to start somewhere, right?!
