TranquilMind Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 Just a hint about looking for rentals, in my experience if I bring our pet with us (with owners knowing of course) to the showing, if said pet is well behaved some owners will let you have your pet even if they said no pets in the ad. (But then again we only had a cat) This would make me think that the applicant could not understand requirements, and I would automatically reject anyone who thought their pet was exempt from my no-pet rule, especially if I clearly stated it up front.
