Going shoe shopping for Fall - any ideas?

I need new shoes for casual, every day wear for fall. I am a jeans girl once the weather turns colder. I have ballet flats and leather boots, but I'm looking for something to wear with jeans instead of sneakers. I'm trying to look a little more put together and I'm planning to get some nicer jeans and tops. My usual always was a T and hoodie. :D

 

I've tried browsing Zappos, but I don't know what I'm even looking for!

I like something like a driving loafer like these. The extra grip on the bottom makes them easier to wear when the weather may be bad.

I love Merrell's. I have clogs and loafers and they are so comfy.

I like mules or slip-ons. Slip-ons can include loafers, clogs, or booties. I like Clarks because they're so comfortable.

Thanks for all the great suggestions! I think I have an idea of what I'm looking for now. There is a local store downtown here that carries brands like Dansko and Clark's, etc, so I'm going to try some of them on with my jeans to see what I like best. Thanks again!
