(A prayer that I can pull that off wouldn't go amiss... :lol: ) I am so excited!!!! The house is almost 2700 sq ft! That is huge for us! It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a small yard that opens out on to a HUGE communal (but surrounded) play area. It is large enough for a soccer game! :D It has a deck upstairs and a covered patio below. It is in immaculate condition. The owners have definitely taken loving care of it.
