She takes acidophilus and it (the lactose) doesn't bother her. She just had a Sonic shake today :). Try it out! I will bet you it will help! This is the kind we use... http://www.amazon.com/Accuflora--Probiotic-Acidophilus-Supplement-240/dp/B000LJCOWW/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1314580375&sr=8-4 You can also get Lactaid pills as well, but they don't seem to work as well and you have to take them right before you have dairy.
