solascriptura
The crazy deals for school supplies start next week! I saw next week's Staples circular on their website. Check it out. ;)
Monkey Island Academy
I'm actually a little sad that the back to school displays are coming out already. When you live in the frozen north, it is just hard to think about summer slipping away, and it is only July after all! (but hurray for sales anyway!) Ann@thebeach
Sadly, I'll admit I already bought some $1 washable markers at Staples this week and I had a coupon for the big paperclips that I had to use

Photo Ninja
There are a few items I need and I've been waiting for these sales.
Mama2Many4
I have to stay OUT of the stores. I'm a school supply junkie. Last year, our school started one week after the rest of the schools started and so I bought in that week--and man o man, the prices dropped like ROCKS during that week. It was amazing. Notebooks that cost $4 went to $2. If you can hold off (no reason homeschoolers cannot), it's really worth it. Even though these prices now look great... Even though we're starting school on Monday, I'm holding off JUST for this reason. Can't beat packs of glue sticks for .
elegantlion
I've been cruising Walmart as they stock their aisles. :D We don't have any office stores close.
PentecostalMom
Looking now...and with the 75% off coupons I have there, it will be doubly worth the trip!
ElizabethB
I love school supply sales! That being said, while overall they are good, I have gotten burned in the past with cheap pencils. And, while I have not personally experienced really thin paper that is unusable, last year there was a thread complaining about thin paper. Pegasus
Can anyone recommend a brand and store to buy real old-fashioned index cards? The last couple of times that I have bought them, they've been index card size but just regular paper. I want card stock. Pegasus
DawnM
Where did you get the 75% off coupons? Dawn Looking now...and with the 75% off coupons I have there, it will be doubly worth the trip!
JudyJudyJudy
I've overbought a lot during the past few years, so about the only things I need are 3-ring binders and good pencils. I love these sales, though!
Just Beachy
Where did you get the 75% off coupons? Dawn These are good through Saturday and only for certain items, but I bought a ream of HP paper and some other things to use for both schooling and our business. http://thekrazycouponlady.com/2011/07/05/hot-75-off-coupons-at-staples/
Mommee & Baba
I saw the stocked school supply shelves today. I love going through the aisles, but now that we're jumbled on when we're actually going to start school back and moving shortly after we've started our school year I'm really wanting to only get what we REALLY need and not go nuts...like I always do!!
