Tap Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 I want to buy a new lasagna pan. It must be deeper than a regular cake pan and can't be non-stick. Any suggestions? I had a cookie sheet sized one that I loved but it was non-stick. Once the finish flaked, I tossed it. :( I would love to get a new one....any suggestions? Mrs Mungo Posted October 12, 2010 Share Posted October 12, 2010 (edited) I use a Polish Pottery dish that is 10"x14"x3". It is glazed pottery. It doesn't stick, but it doesn't have a "non-stick" surface. Any glazed pottery or glass dish of the same size would work. It is regular sized, but it is divided into three...columns, I guess, so you can make three different kinds of lasagna at once. Gimmicky, but kind of nifty, I thought. Usually it's perfect size, but sometimes I buy different noodles and have to snap the ends of the noodles just a little to make it fit.
