Laurie4b
All the little colored "Skittles" avoiding the cursor like there's opposite magnetic fields or something.... what does it mean? Just curious.
ChristusG
I just went to look at it.....strange LOL! It's always interesting trying to figure out some of Google's homepage things. I have no idea what this one is about.
ChristusG
I was curious and I found this (scroll down to read the article once you click on the link): http://voices.washingtonpost.com/fasterforward/2010/09/google_bouncing-balls_logo_amu.html But it doesn't really tell us anything though. Parrothead
I don't get anything like that. ::sulks:: I dont' get it if I get to Google from my history. If I type in http://www.google.com I get the bouncing balls.
K-FL
I think it's actually balloons & celebrating their anniversary????
Pippen
I dont' get it if I get to Google from my history. If I type in www.google.com I get the bouncing balls. I don't get any bouncing balls no matter how I go to google right now. I'm feeling left out of the party. Usually when there's something special, you can just click on the google logo and it takes you to a link.
eclipse
I'm not getting anything cool either. Maybe because I'm accessing from Mexico? I'm not on the google Mexico site, though.

Dawn in OH
Google looks completely normal to me.
MamaT
I just went to google and I have the little balls. It's kind of neat to run your cursor through them and watch them run! I have no idea why they're there.
cani e porci
For those of you who aren't seeing the balls, try clearing your cache. You can also try holding down the control key while you click on your browser's reload button.
Forget-Me-Not
I don't know, but I'm getting an ad on my Yahoo page that is made up of multi-colored, multi-sized balls too. I wonder if it's related.
fhjmom
There was another thread about this and I answered there, but I am still not sure if I am right. September 7th is Google's birthday so I am guessing it has something to do with that. About it not showing up, I was at mt dad's office earlier and I Was going to show it to him. when he typed in the addy into his computer, it was the normal logo, but then his business partner pulled it up on her computer and got the balls. I am wondering if it has to do with what browser/version you have??
fhjmom
Here's some posts that seem to point more to an upcoming big announcement rather than the birthday theory: Google's Logo Foreshadowing... Google's Bouncing Balls Logo...
