Crissy
The wheat is waving in my living room tonight. :D
Sue G in PA
So, I'm not necessarily a Kansas fan nor am I real die-hard fan of any clge. basketball team, but....what a game! I was rooting for Kansas. My dh turned in early and missed that awesome 3 pointer to tie the game! Wow! Congrats Kansas fans!
midwestbelle
I couldn't decide who to cheer for! We weren't really Memphis fans (went to U of MS) but it was a reminder of home. But on the KS side, I just registered ds and dh for the Parent/Child basketball camp at KS this summer and how cool to go to camp with the National Champs! DS is very excited, I can't wait to tell him in the morning that they won (I sent him to bed hours ago!)
Kate CA
The wheat is waving in my living room tonight. :D I know! My husband was stifling his yells as our dc are in bed! LOL What a great great game - and I rarely even watch basketball! :patriot:

Kelli in TN
Not everyone is happy about the outcome of this game. I'm just sayin'.
gardenschooler
My dh is broken-hearted. On the good side, the screaming all over the city has now stopped. I think they're all crying. I wish I cared about any kind of ball, but I just don't.

jmgconner
 Oh my goodness! It was all I could do to watch the game. It was a nail biter. And Chalmers 3 pointer - wow! I honestly thought the game was over since we can NOT hit 3 pointers, but then it went in and tied the game - overtime. Oh my!!! What a game!
WTMindy
That game was quite something!!! I feel so bad for their boys who missed their free throws. I know this has been a problem for them all year, but they are going to be re-shooting those in their minds for a LONG time, eh?!
PrairieAir
Rock Chalk Jayhawk! I'm just glad it's all over. Maybe some of the blogs I read can get back to talking about something other than basketball:D I am so not a sports fan!
elegantlion
Way to go 'hawks!! Our stuffed Jayhawk has been riding around in the dash of the car for a few days. YEAH!!

Colleen
Man, I wish I could've watched the game (no reception here)!!! Not that I was invested in any of the teams this year ~ though it was pretty amazing to see Wazzu in the Sweet Sixteen, given their record in recent years. Back in my college days, though ~ the days when I subscribed to S.I. and read it cover to cover ~ I was so-o-o-o into the NCAA tourney. Twenty years ago during the Final Four, I was spending spring break at my boyfriend's house in Mobile, Alabama and we were glued to the screen. That was the Danny Manning era, with Larry Brown at the helm. Still remember the Jayhawks beating Oklahoma that year. Ah, where does the time go...?!
