KidsHappen Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 I received a call from the grandmother earlier saying that he was released with time served in AL last night. They are holding him for 72 hours to see if TN will extradite. The ticket here was a DUI. It was originally a misdemenor charge. However, he left the state without going to court or paying the fine. I am not exactly sure what the current charge is but I find it hard to imagine that they would extradite for it. In any case, he is three weeks ahead of schedule in dealing with this so hopefully he will be home and able to care for his child soon, and I will be able to get some answers and pictures and maybe even visit.
