StaceyinLA Posted November 9, 2009 Share Posted November 9, 2009 Some of you have followed my dramas with my 18yodd, the one who ran away last summer and wanted to go off to California. The one who, just a few months ago, was determined to get married as soon as possible. The one who has never really worked super-hard at her schooling (but is still quite smart thank goodness). Well, that dd took an entrance exam a couple of weeks ago to get into Cosmetology school and passed it with flying colors!! She starts in January. This is what she has wanted to do for years, and she is already quite good at it. We were running into some red tape with the licensing board and her not having a "certified" diploma.
