  1. What a beautiful sweet poem. God bless and keep our troops safe. Mama T and Tbog, I pray that God would richly bless your families and as Jennifer said, I pray that it brings you all closer together when they return home.
  2. This one is beautiful. This father goes through so much just to bring joy to his son. Beautiful! I wish I could find it with Nicole C. Mullen's version, but I could only find this one. It's nice too though. Enjoy. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46xI2VRp6wg&feature=related
  3. I'm not sure what you mean by a "good/bad" dictionary, but I use this one with my student that I teach. http://www.amazon.com/Spanish-English-Dictionary-Diccionario-espa%C3%B1ol/dp/0451181689/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1243224712&sr=8-1 I like it because it has the phonetic pronunciations for each word and also the parts of speech. It also has some verb conjugation models and a short grammar section. I think it is a good well-balanced dictionary and not expensive.
  4. The Katinas. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J-DSUaomDaI I love these guys!! They came to our church a couple of years ago and shared their testimony and then performed. They were WONDERFUL!! Such humble, Spirit-filled young men!
  5. I can chime in for Florida anyway. I've lived here my entire life and been to many places all over my state. Mr./ Miss first name is very common. Most common amongst churchgoers though I'd say.
  6. Thank you everyone for your wonderful replies. I would love to do this with my son, I just wonder how much he could actually do. I think it would be a wonderful experience for all of us though. :) Thank you Debbie for the link. I'm sure once I can find a contact person and get some questions answered I won't be as clueless as I am now. ;) :D
  7. That's so great!! :) May I ask how old your ds is?? Is there a beginning age that they must be at before participating? How cognizant do they have to really be to be able to participate? My son doesn't understand many instructions other than basic ones and basically if you let go of his hand he will just take off running. He won't come back if you shout after him to stop or come back, he would just run and do his own thing. Would he still be able to participate if he can't really understand or follow rules? Thanks for your reply. :)
  8. Ay, I wish I could hear it!! Does your church broadcast its services over the internet?? This song is beautiful. I've never heard it before. Thanks so much for putting it up. I love how many beautiful songs are being posted here! I could just sit clicking in this thread all day long and listen to all of this beautiful music.:)
  9. Oh I didn't know him. He sounds so much like Willie Nelson. :) Thank you so much for sharing it. :)
  10. I LOVE Hillsongs too. Beautiful. Definitely a chill inducing song. ;) :)
  11. :iagree: Beautiful songs!! This is for you, Paula. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_3W8XI7W2w&feature=PlayList&p=EEB623BF5305F8F4&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=35
  12. Wow! What an inspiring story!! She has such a wonderful humble heart and such tremendous faith. God bless her and her husband. Thank you so much for sharing this. :)
  13. What a beautiful song! I'm so very sorry about your brother. :grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug:
  14. Here's a little Third Day for you Heather and Jean. :) Enjoy. :)
  15. Oh thank you so much for sharing!! :grouphug: I love all three of those songs! We sing God With Us all the time in church. Man, all of these guys have such great voices. That is such a gift to be able to sing. I bookmarked all three of your links. :)
  16. :iagree::iagree: Me too! I love all of those that you mentioned. I got the Third Day Christmas album this last year and it was pretty much all I listened to over Christmas. :) I LOVE that guys voice. Beautiful! :)
  17. I love in Christ Alone too. I put up a video of it too for the version we play in my church. The lady who plays the violin for this song just makes me cry every time I hear her. She plays so beautifully. :) I like the version you put up. The guitar is nice. :) I like the scenes from Passion of the Christ as well. :) I love all the lyrics of the song as well, but I agree with you, that last stanza just slays me. I can't even sing it without being overcome with emotion. Thanks so much for sharing. :)
  18. I love Vineyard as well!! :) I haven't heard of Marty Goetz or Robin Mark. I'll have to check them out. Thanks so much for sharing. :)
  19. Here's a few more. Enjoy. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eiy3_KRKNaQ
  20. That's so awesome!! I bookmarked the page. Thank you so much for sharing it. :)
  21. I thought it would be so nice to be able to share our favorite praise and worship songs. There are so many good ones to choose from. Here are a few to get it started. Enjoy. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SqvVcvCZOVs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f1k8yIwS5nI Lord I praise your holy Name. I pray that you will be glorified and lifted up on this earth as you are in Heaven. Forever I will sing your praise! I love you my Lord, my Savior, my King, my Friend! :grouphug:
  22. Yep!! They are much less expensive. They are usually able to be used wet or dry which is a plus. Mine is like that. I just take off the easy to remove filter and voila! it's a wet vac. :) The only thing about shop vacs that I don't like, is that they have notoriously short cords. If you don't already have an extension cord you'll need to get one to use with a shop vac most likely, but even still it will be less than a Dyson or an Oreck. :)
  23. I wonder he's just being EMO?? http://www.shoutmouth.com/index.php/docs/Emo_Fashion:_Your_Basic_Guide_to_Looking_Emo http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=EMO&gbv=2&aq=f&oq=
