Where I live (right above the Dade countyline) we don't even get love bugs anymore. I think you don't see them until you get up to around Stuart in Palm Beach County. I love the weather here. I'll take the heat over the cold any day of the week, but I wish it wasn't so CROWDED!! The traffic and crowds everywhere really get to me. I get so tired of it all. I wish there were a place in Florida that was undiscovered that nobody knew about that was still on the beach (ocean side) that was quiet and calm, warm and beautiful with clean water and not a lot of people. That would be so perfect. :)

:lol::lol: He actually speaks just plain old Spanish with a few "Caribbean only" words thrown in. It's more us Cubans who get super inventive with language and come up with our own. :D The thought of having guests though makes me think I need to broaden my guitar-playing-awesomness power to Andres Segovia's standards as well since it's be really hard to have a conversation over dinner with me hooked up to a wall of amplifiers playing :D :tongue_smilie:

A lot of the "foodie" restaurants around here use pumpkin in their dishes. The bakery has pumpkin bread, pumpkin muffins as well. I love me some punkin pie though. Yum. :D :drool5:

My older brother had his heart broken by this girl he was dating when he was 16 and he managed to score an $8.00 gallon jug of Albertson's vodka and asked me to join him in drowning his sorrows. I have never, ever, ever been so sick from alcohol in all my life. To this day I can't stand the smell of vodka no matter how good it is. I don't like to get drunk at all. I don't even like to feel tipsy. I do like the taste of rum, but I don't drink more than one drink ever.

Ay, I'm the same way. A quick-dry topcoat will change your life though. :) I can paint my nails two - three coats, slap on some seche vite and they are dry to move around with in 10 minutes. :) I still can't paint in the lines though. :lol::lol:
