That is so wild!

I have but I toss and turn like crazy and then never wake up with it there still. I wonder why I toss and turn so much. Seems so like I would not well rested if I am tossing and turning all night. Yes, if anyone has more info on their bed toppers. Maybe that is a key.

Side, back, tummy sleeper? Do you use sleep aids? Ear plugs? Masks? Sound machines? What pillows do you use? Any other great things you use or do for sleep? In the last week or so I started using a sleep mask and it is amazing!! Light totally bothers me when I am sleeping but for some reason I was afraid to try an eye mask. OH man do I wish I would have tried that sooner. Like decades ago. Sigh. I am thinking of now trying some ear plugs for so many reasons. But my neighborhood totally disrupts my sleep. I have been using sound machines and I think they block some, but not all so I think I am going to try ear plugs. I was always afraid to do that with little kids. But mine are not little anymore. I am side sleeper, but I would love to not be. It causes so much pain in my shoulders and hip. Body pillows don't work for me. I am thinking of getting a Cervical pillow. Has anyone used one? I am thinking it may help me become a back sleeper?

No fooling it is a new month to try and be frugal or not. Anything going on this month? Spring breaks? Traveling for the eclipse? Eating Easter leftovers?

3 kids are up and going through Easter baskets (which was really a huge bag) of gifts.

One kid was up but went to lay back down. We got home late from visiting family. Kids don't have school today. Maybe one has some. I am sure they will get some work done for the week though.

I am so sorry the grief is hitting harder this year. Sending some hugs your way. I miss having little kids too. I don't think I ever won't and that makes me sad.

Just got back from visiting family for Easter. We had a BLAST!! I love Thanksgiving and Christmas, but man we have so much fun on Easter.

Yay!!! That is like Christmas morning to a book lover! Glad the week ended on a more positive note for your library!!

Did not sleep well last night. Boo it was the perfect conditions to sleep rainy and overcast. Oh well. Tons of paperwork to get done today.

Same. We get 2 brands from Walmart. One is ifly and they are great. I would have to check what the other brand is, but I like ifly better. We have gotten a great one at Tjmax too. Cheap ones. Never had a problem with them expect having kids drag them on tons of European vacations over cobblestones so much that they wore holes through the suitcases. But both ifly and the one we got from Tjmax have held up to so many trips. I don't see why you would ever spend hundreds on suitcases when the airlines can ruin them or lose them. @DawnM but I totally agree with you. I get rid of something and then all of a sudden find that I "need" that thing.

Coat? We never had an issue about going into a church with bare arms. But the time we went to Italy in the spring it was really chilly and we were so glad we had coats and warmer clothes.

Don't feel guilty. I think everyone does their own thing to support people and that is what makes getting support from here so great. Some people are great with words, advice, some are great at finding answers, or they have experience in that area, some are funny (which always helps), and some have amazing memories. I feel like we cover all the bases when we work together!

What an amazing way to honor your mom's spirit. Thank you for sharing that little piece about her. It makes you fixing the library and standing up to whoever did that even more special and meaningful. I loved hearing about the kids in your neighborhood who love your little library and get so much joy from it. They are lucky to live in a neighborhood like yours. I am glad you didn't let the damage squash what you are doing. It must bring you so much joy every time you see someone enjoying that special spot. You are doing a beautiful thing and making the world a little brighter.
