Yeah, I think it steps up as they get older and spend more time on pointe instead of flat. There 1000% is no justification for the amount we spend on ballet! But yeah. I just try to enjoy the ride and know that they are studying something they love. Jet glue and more than one pair so you can rotate them and let one pair fully dry out before wearing it again. Does she take them out of her bag and let them air out? My kids put desiccant packs in them to get as much moisture out.

@prairiewindmomma I am so so sorry. That sounds like a no good horrible week. I am hoping your kid who needed medical stuff is ok. Lots of good thoughts to them.

Sing it sister. What brand does she wear? Was she doing a show? I think last summer my 2 older girls were going through a pair a week at intensives. Does she jet glue them? Does she rotate pairs?

Just curious. The only person I know that lives in a big city grew up in a suburb so got a license before moving to the city. So if you live in say New York City or Chicago, do you have a drivers license?

Are there special Stroopwaffles that are protein ones?

I have seen a lot of people on Youtube use Mixtiles to create looks on their walls. Supposedly you can move them around and change it up. Looks cool. I am just a little skeptical that it will work. I have used those stick on hooks on my walls by 3M that said they didn't wreck walls, well they 100% pulled the paint and part of the walls off.
