It's a pretty simple procedure. They often do it under mild sedation with a very small incision. Sometimes they keep them overnight to make sure it is working properly.

I would think so...ask the pharmacist for chlortrimeton or the Walgreens generic equivalent. It was the only thing that saved my sanity during my pregnancy allergies.

Get thyself to an allergist :) and try some chlortrimeton (chlor tabs from Walmart) in the meantime to dry up your nose and stop the sneezing.

Yes, her tone and manner was quite condescending. I have gotten a cake at this particular bakery before and it was quite good. I have used her and another lady before...after her display of rudeness I will be choosing the other lady from now on.

I did find someone else to make it :D. Maybe I'll send her a pic of the cake she didn't make ;)

No. I actually don't have a theme yet. I just told her I wanted a 3 tiered birthday cake and that I would finalize the details when I decided on a theme. She was stuck on how many people I wanted to serve and I just kept saying "I'm not sure yet but I know I want this particular size and I don't care if I'm eating cake from now til Christmas". She also said that she would have to deliver a cake like that because she just doesn't let cakes like that be picked up :confused: I actually contacted someone else to make the cake...so I guess I WILL be spending my money elsewhere. HA

She IS the owner! Which makes it so much worse....

We have been consistently sick with one thing or another since before Christmas. One kid gets well and the next one gets sick and so on. I don't take my kids to the dr unless they complain of their ears hurting or if the fever isn't gone in a week or so. I usually just put a call in to the nurse if I think they may need to be seen and she guides me from their. I think you need to get a handle on your anxiety. Your kids will pick up on it. Kids WILL get sick, they just do. And you need to find a way to stop worrying about every little sneeze, sniffle and fever. If they never got sick their immune systems would never get strong!

I went to order my son's 1st birthday cake. It's not until April but I want a custom cake. Anyway, I went to the place that made my middle ds's 1st birthday cake and the lady was so incredibly RUDE that I told her to keep her cake and walked out. She kept on and on about the cost of the cake I wanted!?! LOOK LADY I get it...I don't care how much the cake cost. She never would take my order so I told her I would take my money and my business elsewhere.

I am usually up by 5:30, involuntarily I might add. The baby seems to be a morning person...
