Hi Meggie. It looks to me like you are a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Here on WTM we have an LDS community group. Please join us! It doesn't always see much action, but come on over. Just click on the community header above and you'll find us. -- gingerh

I've been researching sheep. The Icelandic sheep are very pretty or something; wooly. Thanks for your input on sheep. I started reading a book called Storey's Guide to Raising Sheep, as well as continuing to research online.

Hey. I just looked at your friend's/neighbor's alpaca website. Thanks for posting that. They are beautiful.

I remember your previous difficulties and heartbreak. No advice on difficult teens, even though I've had a few too.:grouphug: Just wanted to say hey.

I"M SORRY! I just realized that was me that posted that other message about your photos. Go ahead, delete them, I'm fine with that. Hope you're not hating the continental states too much.

Your avatar is a much-loved book from my childhood, nice to see the cover! Mine was messed up long ago. Most libraries don't carry the old books, but our library has some older children's books. Thanks.

We had a mountain lion spotted in our county, probably only about 15 miles from here, in June. I forgot about the time you posted about the lions in your area of TX. Well, just thought I'd let you know. I live west of Ft. Worth.

Nice page! I had to laugh! Wow. I am your 888th visitor. And you have over 13,000 posts!

I'm not in your group, I don't know what this is: P90X, but I need an exercise program.
Any pointers?

Hi. I tried to accept your friend request twice, but it is just not going through. I will try again later.

I wondered if you would be willing to post what you feel a birth kit should contain. A person never knows when help may be far away, birth imminent, and no one but you and your kit to help! I had a kit for my only home birth but it quite escapes me what was in it. Thanks. Could you post that on the helpful herbs group?

Hi! I see you have joined Helpful Herbs and are a midwife too. I'm not a midwife, but I did use two with my last baby. Please feel free to start threads there and share your knowledge of what herbs for pregnancy, birth, post-partum. Gingerh

Hey, I hope you had a good birthday! I see I am a few days late. Was that your jelly bean day?
Cheers!

I remember your thread about a nephew. How's he doing? How are you? Has he had any success with anything? I"m interested.

Thanks for posting about aroma oils. I sometimes think I am the only one who uses herbs or oils here.

Thank you for the curricula lists. I recently read a post about Ray's math and you have a link for it. I like it!

Hi, I posted six photos of some of the cool butterflies at the botanical garden.. hope you get the chance to go.

That's okay. I'm new to Texas. Haven't been to the beach yet and it's driving me crazy. We could drive 40 minutes to the lowly mountains of Maryland or three hours to the beaches of Maryland. Do you go the beach much? Where would you suggest? We are bummed that the beach tent camping is only in the state parks with NO shower facilities. Thanks for responding the first time.

Hi! I've been reading the LDS beehive posts and I'm looking for friends too. I don't have close friends nearby as we transplanted here a year ago. But I'm looking for friends on WTM. I am surprised how we rip our hearts out, sharing personal stuff! Wow. I feel like I shouldn't have used my name now. Church is different here, and it is just different overall.
